The book includes interviews with people such as Dan Inosanto, Larry Hartsell and Joe Lewis, and examines JKD techniques and principles. It aims to be a definitive study, apparently.
A must have. It is a posthumous collection of Bruce's thoughts on the martial art he founded. (It must be said that Bruce probably never intended to have this published since much of it comes from other sources, adapted for Bruce's purposes.)
"In this book, Kent reveals Lee's training methods and philosophies - the same methods and philosophies that made him unbeatable in unarmed combat. With over 400 dynamic photographs, this volume is a virtual encyclopedia of jeet kune do techniques."
This was supposed to be the sequel to Chinese Gung Fu. Bruce died before finishing it, and it was completed by John Little. There are more than 100 photos. According to Amazon.com the book "explores such topics as yin-yang as it applies to martial arts, Eastern and Western fitness methodologies, and martial arts and self-defense techniques". A must have.
These 4 books are for the serious JKD practitioner and contains many photos of Bruce and his friends illustrating the moves in question. Recommended for the Bruce Lee completist or serious martial artist - though the photos are great.
